- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 4 green onion
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt — to taste

Begin by peeling and deveining the shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
