Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 600 g chicken breast
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g black olives
- 200 g yogurt
Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
In a bowl, mix the juice of 1 lemon, oregano, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- 3
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and stir to coat evenly. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- 4
While the chicken marinates, dice the cucumber and tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.

In a salad bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, crumbled feta, and black olives. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix lightly.
- 6
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- 7
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- 8
Serve the chicken skewers with the Greek salad and a side of yogurt.
