- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 200 g spinach
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Cut pork loin into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
