For 4 servings

  • 800 g tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 2 carrot
  • 4 green onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat dry the tilapia fillets and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water to create a sauce.
