Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 400 grams green beans

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Finely chop the parsley and zest the lemon, setting the zest aside.

    In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, lemon zest, bread crumbs, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Mince the garlic and add it to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
