- 500 g chicken breast
- 400 g plain Greek yogurt
- 200 g quinoa
- 150 g spinach
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Marinate chicken: In a bowl, combine 200g Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Rinse quinoa under cold water. Cook according to package instructions in a saucepan. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
