Ingredients

- 2 can (5 oz each) canned tuna
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 green onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Drain the canned tuna and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Thaw the frozen mixed vegetables by microwaving on high for 2 minutes, then add to the bowl.

Finely chop the green onions and add them to the bowl.

Add the eggs, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix until well combined.
