Ingredients

  • 800 g shrimp
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
