  • 600 g salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g mixed salad greens
  • 2 avocado
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

    Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Place salmon fillets on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
