- 2 15 oz can canned chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 15 oz can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

- 1 bunch fresh cilantro

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them under cold running water, peel, and set aside.
