Ingredients

- 400 g tempeh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 300 g frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- ground black pepper — to taste
- 2 green onions
Instructions

Cut the tempeh into small cubes.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the tempeh cubes and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.

Dice the red and green bell peppers, and slice the red onion.

Mince the garlic cloves.

Remove the tempeh from the skillet and set aside.
