Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

    Add the onion to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.

    Add the garlic and cumin powder, sauté for another minute until fragrant.
