Ingredients

- 400 g firm tofu
- 400 g black beans
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt — to taste
- pepper — to taste
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Drain and crumble the tofu into small pieces.

Rinse and drain the black beans.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add crumbled tofu, black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir in chopped cilantro.
