  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 15 oz can canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
