Ingredients

- 500 g ground turkey
- 4 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

Place the peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then bake for 10 minutes.

While the peppers are baking, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
