Ingredients

- 800 g salmon fillet
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup edamame
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 lemon
- 2 green onion

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
