  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

  5. 5

Stir in the flour and cook for another minute, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream.

  6. 6

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

  7. 7

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. 8

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
