Ingredients

  • 800 g canned salmon
  • 400 g frozen mixed vegetables
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper — to taste
  • salt — to taste

Instructions

    Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Place in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.

    Drain the potatoes, return to the pot, and add milk, butter, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine canned salmon (drained), frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
