- 800 g canned salmon
- 400 g frozen mixed vegetables
- 800 g potatoes
- 120 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- black pepper — to taste
- salt — to taste

Peel and chop the potatoes into small chunks. Place in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.

Drain the potatoes, return to the pot, and add milk, butter, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and set aside.
