  • 600 g pork loin
  • 2 potato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

    Dice the pork loin into small cubes.

    Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

    Chop the bell pepper and onion.

    Mince the garlic cloves.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add pork loin cubes, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
