- 4 sweet potato
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 200 g spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds. Toss with 2 tbsp of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
