- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onion

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the bell peppers into thin strips, and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
