  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the canned black beans.

    Dice the red bell pepper and onion.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
