- 400 grams button mushrooms
- 1.5 cups arborio rice
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 0.5 cups parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
