Ingredients

- 500 g ground turkey
- 400 g frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 100 g dry breadcrumbs
- 100 g cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
