  • 8 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • sriracha sauce — to taste
