- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 800 g potato
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 green onion

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
