Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 800 g potato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 4 green onion

    Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.

    While the potatoes are cooking, dice the chicken breast into small cubes.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
