  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

  • black pepper — to taste

    Peel and devein the shrimp, ensuring all shells are removed and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

    Thinly slice the bell peppers and trim the ends of the snap peas.

    Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
