  • 12 oz chickpea pasta
  • 15 oz canned chickpeas
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

    While the pasta is cooking, drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
