Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
