Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 15-ounce can canned chickpeas
  • 4 cup spinach
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water.

    Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

    Peel and thinly slice the carrots.

    In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
