Ingredients

- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 cup green lentils
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Rinse the lentils under cold water, then add them and 2 cups of water to a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Dice the onion and carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and carrots to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
