Ingredients

  • 2 can canned tuna
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Drain the canned tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.

    Cut the red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into 1-inch pieces.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, juice of the lemon, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
