  • 500 grams pork loin
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 egg
  • 80 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess water using a clean dish towel.
