  • 400 grams canned chickpeas
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 2 green onion
  • 10 grams parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon

    Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly.

    Chop the fresh spinach, green onion, and parsley finely.

    In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork or potato masher.
