- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
- 400 grams canned white beans
- 500 milliliters chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
