Ingredients

- 600 g ground beef
- 4 zucchini
- 2 avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles using a spiralizer and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a blender, combine avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
