- 2 broccoli
- 2 sweet potato
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Cut the broccoli into florets and peel and mince the garlic.
