- 400 g smoked salmon
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 green onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- black pepper — to taste

Chop the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the red bell pepper and green onions.
