Ingredients

  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 400 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Chop the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

    Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the red bell pepper and green onions.

    Mince the garlic cloves.

    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

    Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
