Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

    Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.

    Add minced garlic and sliced green onions to the pan, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
