Ingredients

- 300 g lentil pasta
- 150 g spinach
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 g parmesan cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 liters water

Boil 2 liters of water with a pinch of salt in a large pot.

Add the lentil pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-9 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the pan, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
