- 800 g butter beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 100 g spinach
Instructions

Rinse and drain the butter beans and set aside.

Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and dice the carrot, zucchini, and red bell pepper.
