  • 400 g black beans
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
