Ingredients

- 800 g shrimp
- 800 g frozen broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley

Thaw shrimp under cold running water, then pat dry with paper towels.

In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink and opaque.

Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add frozen broccoli florets to the pan, cover, and cook stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes until tender.
