Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 flour tortilla
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can canned black beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is softened.

    Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Drain excess fat.

    Stir in taco seasoning along with 1/4 cup of water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.

    Rinse and drain black beans, then add to the beef mixture. Cook until heated through.

    Warm flour tortillas in a microwave or oven until pliable.

    Lay each tortilla flat and evenly distribute cooked rice, beef and bean mixture, and cheddar cheese.
