Ingredients

- 200 g tortilla chips
- 300 g ground beef
- 400 g canned black beans
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

- 100 g sour cream
- fresh cilantro — to taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

On a sheet pan, spread tortilla chips evenly. Layer cooked beef, drained black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
