Ingredients

  • 400 grams salmon fillet
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onion

Instructions

    Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.

    While the rice is cooking, cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes.
