  • 600 g ground turkey
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into thin fry-like strips.

  3. 3

Place the vegetables in a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.

  4. 4

Add the ground turkey to the pan, season with the remaining 0.5 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cook until no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes.
