  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 celery stalk
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions
