Ingredients

- 400 gram firm tofu
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 200 milliliter coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 clove garlic
- 100 gram peanut butter
- 120 milliliter water
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- salt — to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped peanuts
- fresh cilantro — to taste
Instructions

Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water and cut into 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, mix lime juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 100ml coconut milk, brown sugar, ground turmeric, and one clove of minced garlic.

Add tofu cubes to the marinade, stirring to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Preheat the grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.

Thread tofu cubes onto skewers and grill for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

For the peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, remaining 100ml coconut milk, water, remaining soy sauce, minced ginger, remaining minced garlic, curry powder, and salt in a small saucepan.

Simmer over low heat, stirring until smooth and creamy, for approximately 5 minutes.
