- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 2 egg
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 green onion
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
